ABOUT (New)

ENDYMA is a Berlin-based interdisciplinary project founded by Michael Kardamakis in 2014.

Part historical garment archive, part research endeavour and part shop, ENDYMA is a space where vintage fashion is meticulously studied, restored and showcased. The project was conceived in London as a side hustle, established in Athens as a specialised vintage reseller and relocated to Berlin as a fully-fledged research archive in 2021.

ENDYMA focuses on wearable and pragmatic fashion, tracing the many ways these terms have been redefined by designers over the last five decades. Since its conception, the archive has brought together the biggest collection of original Helmut Lang (1986-2005) worldwide, alongside a diverse range of works by other designers, from prominent luxury names to short-lived independents

ENDYMA works with designers, enthusiasts, collectors and researchers who recognise that good design is timeless and relevant beyond seasonal trends.

Our Berlin showroom can be visited by appointment.
